He bases his substantial network and referral clientele by showcasing work ethic, persistence, patience, care, and integrity. With nearly three decades of continuous market education, negotiating 1,500+ transactional ‘wins’ on behalf of luxury buyers and sellers, partnering with developers and investors, helping his hometown achieve home ownership, and providing service excellence; has equipped him to be ‘The Agent‘ in town.

When it comes to enjoying life, you will find Javier vacationing in Costa Rica, frequenting Cabo San Lucas, planning a trip to Tahiti, working out, relishing in cars, mountain biking, jeeping, catching up with family and friends, supporting his local sports teams, and eating amazing food. A few of his favorites include chicken piccata, A-5 Wagyu, and carrot cake. Pairing these with a chilled moscow mule, Clase Azul, or Don Julio 1942 is a must!
